Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Offerings change with each edition and may not meet all dietary needs. If you have specific concerns, reach out before your billing date — we're always happy to check with the team.

What if I'm not available for pickup or delivery?

We are always happy to hold your order! Just let us know.

When will I be charged?

You're billed one edition in advance. For example, if you join in April, you'll enjoy your first edition in May. This helps our team plan and prep thoughtfully for you.

When do I get my first edition?

You'll get a heads-up each month with your pickup or delivery details, which usually occurs on the same week and day each month (e.g. third Thursday).

What if something goes wrong with my order?

We've got you. If anything's missing, delayed, or less than 100%, just let us know and we'll make it right.
