About the event
Teaming up with Ian Thurwachter of Intero & Poeta for a night of pasta making!
Join us at Cape Bottle Room for an interactive pasta making demo with Chef Ian followed by a pasta dinner! Antipasti bites, salad & chocolates included to round out the meal.
Starting at 6:30, Ian will demonstrate how to make 2 different pastas, including a stuffed pasta and a flat pasta. There will be pasta stations and everyone will be working in groups (email info@capebottleroom.com with pasta team requests)
All pasta made on the attendee stations will be divided up for guests to take home and chef Ian will prepare additional pasta for everyone to enjoy in house. So, you get to take home all of the pasta you make!
While everyone is working on pasta, there will be antipasti available for all to enjoy, followed by salad, pasta and chocolates!

$75 per person plus tax and gratuity for our amazing team! A list of wine options will be selected for each dish with glass and bottle options at an additional charge.
