Sparkling Wine Tasting with ATX Wine Society

Come join us for a deep dive into Cap Classique, the sparkling wine of South Africa. An unknown superstar of the region, cap classique is made in the traditional champagne method and (in our opinion) second only to Champagne in the world of sparkling. We will discuss the varietals, method and nuance as we explore a flight of 5 distinctive sparkling wines. We need to celebrate everyday with a glass of bubbly. Join us on June 6th, start time of 6:30 with plenty of time to enjoy a glass or two after the tasting. We are collaborating with Austin Texas Wine Society to gather wine lovers of all sorts to learn and cheers together.
