About the event
A partnership with Le Bonne Merde, a cheese focused collaboration by Ali Schmidt and Ryan Fox. La Bonne Merde is a pop up from Chef Ryan Fox, James Beard Nominated Chef and former chef/owner of Nomad.PDX. He's excited to bring fancy cheese to the South African wine community! His partner Ali Schmidt, Advanced Sommelier, will be joining him to pair South African wines from Cape Bottle Room with the French inspired cuisine.
