Chef John has reworked his already fantastic menu to include more courses and even a few composed and cooked dishes as well!
Flight Club X OSOME includes unique, sustainable wines from South Africa carefully paired with 14 courses of OSOME’s finest. 6pm and 8pm seatings available.
OSOME applies Japanese cooking and preparation techniques, dry-aging methods, and procurement of unique delicacies for our guests in a omakase sushi driven tasting format.
