An Underground Sushi & Wine Experience Welcome to our first late night sushi and wine night. The a la crate edition. Experience Cape Bottle Room x OSOME in a late night sushi and wine evening. Create your own pairing and enjoy into the evening. There will be 2 seatings, 9-11pm and 11pm onward. Cape Bottle Room will offer a list of sushi focused, sustainably sourced South African wines to accompany OSOME’S curated menu of a la carte items. Omakase and wine pairing also available on request. OSOME applies Japanese cooking and preparation techniques, dry-aging methods, and procurment of unique delicacies for our guests in a omakase sushi driven tasting format.
