An Underground Sushi & Wine Experience Experience Cape Bottle Room with OSOME providing curated pairing towards seasonality and globally sourced fish and produce along side unique South African wines. OSOME applies Japanese cooking and preparation techniques, dry-aging methods, and procurment of unique delicacies for our guests in a omakase sushi driven tasting format. Tickets includes 10 thoughtfully prepared courses paired with a flight of unique South African wines.
