Charcuterie Class and Mimosas

Come join us for our second collaboration with Calderon Curations! We will be offering a charcuterie class taught by Lauren Calderon, owner of Calderon Curations, where she will walk you through the assembly of your own charcuterie board. -All the Ingredients to create a 10” board -Learn how to plate and portion -Additional samples and pairing tips for 4 different cheeses All the while, you will be enjoying a bottle of South African sparkling and orange juice! The class will begin at 11:30 and run for approximately 2 hours. We have 3 different dates to choose from April 15th, May 20th, June 17th. The class will be $95 per experience, including all products for the boards and a bottle of sparkling and orange juice for you to assemble your mimosa as you like!
