Join us for a 6 course pairing of Madrid influenced, traditional tapas paired with 6 thoughtfully paired South African wines The evening begins with a welcome glass of Cap Classique, followed by an intimate, bar-seated experience. Chef Ben Savage will present each dish, while our sommelier guides you through the wines and the intention behind every pairing.
