A Sushi & Wine Experience
Collaborating with chef John Gocong
Join us for a 10-course sushi and wine pairing, featuring six thoughtfully selected South African wines. The evening begins with a welcome glass of Cap Classique, followed by an intimate, bar-seated experience. Chef John Gocong and his team will present each dish, while our sommelier guides you through the wines and the intention behind every pairing.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy a taste of sparkling before the tasting begins.
OSOME applies Japanese cooking and preparation techniques, dry-aging methods, and procurement of unique delicacies for our guests.
